A GP handbook has been developed to give primary care colleagues all the information needed about the programme. The handbook includes details on how to identify eligible patients, management of patients after their lung health check and patient resources to promote the service locally. This included translated materials.
Campaign resources:
The South East London Cancer Alliance has launched a new advertising campaign to improve early diagnosis of lung cancer, by encouraging people who are most at risk to attend an NHS Targeted Lung Health Check when invited.
